“First of all, my guide/driver, Karol, was absolutely the best. He is a doctoral student in history, and really knows the information inside out and backwards. He went above and beyond at every stop/site. The 80’s Fiat was a fun bonus! Karol covered all of the important and even some lesser Jewish Warsaw sites and general Warsaw history and associated buildings, monuments, memorials, etc. So, why, you ask, did I give this tour 4 stars and not 5? It’s simple, and was not under Karol’s control. I flew into Warsaw in the afternoon and booked the 500pm tour, since it’s summer time and it’s light outside until after 900pm. However,…”

My guide, Karol, had a great knowledge of all periods of history of the city. I especially liked seeing the few bits of the Jewish area of the city, not much left after all the bombings, so it was nice to have them pointed out. I only had a few hours to spend in Warsaw, so really appreciated being able to get around to see main areas of interest with this tour.”
