“We travelled today for the Auschwitz tour and it was a harrowing experience. We had Pawel as our driver and he was amazing. So kind picking us up from our hotel and showing as a documentary about Auschwitz during our travels. When we arrived he sorted us out with our tickets for the tour and made sure we got inside quickly and efficiently. Our tour guide Cecylia was amazing, and such an asset to the Auschwitz museum. She was extremely informative and I was able to come away having learned so much more than I had previously known. Thanks for a brilliant day.”

“Please do not go on this tour. It was advertised as 11am, and the day before the tour (therefore past the time we could cancel and claim a refund), we were told the time had changed to 4.15am. Whilst the advert does say the start time is subject to change, a 7 hour difference in start time is beyond the realms of being acceptable. Looking at other reviews, this tour company often does this, advertising a reasonable start time and then changing it the evening before, so a refund can’t be requested. Further, all participants were put in a WhatsApp group in which many people voiced their concerns about the…”

“Do not book tours with this company. I booked this your and received confirmation of a collection time of 7am, my money was taken on the 29th Decemeber then less then 24 hours before the tour the time was changed to 2am pick up and still no guarantee of tickets. They are clearly over selling these tours for large amounts of money, then after saying I would not be able to stand in those conditions of -5 degrees for all that time I have been told I will not receive my money back! We are being scammed by these companies. I would advise against anyone booking any tours with this…”

“Apart from the absolute horrific, deep and heavy itinerary in the 2 camps, our guide - Anna (hope I got it right) - was extremely professional, passionate, empathetic, knowledgeable and an excellent source. I never felt like she was doing something robotic, though one could easily see she was experienced - she took time to answer every question, offered extensive trivia information and had an almost teacherlike approach to the whole experience. Definitely an experience that has to be lived - it's nothing you can read or see in books or screens!”

“Wojciech was our guide today . He delivered an outstanding presentation around the factory. He was very knowledgeable and included humour while sharing his wealth of information. He allowed time for questions , photos and also recommended books to purchase in the bookshop. Please ensure the meeting point is better explained as we had joined the queue to the meeting point . The guide had to find us and let us know we should have been under the flags at the meeting point and not in queue.
