“Please do not go on this tour. It was advertised as 11am, and the day before the tour (therefore past the time we could cancel and claim a refund), we were told the time had changed to 4.15am. Whilst the advert does say the start time is subject to change, a 7 hour difference in start time is beyond the realms of being acceptable. Looking at other reviews, this tour company often does this, advertising a reasonable start time and then changing it the evening before, so a refund can’t be requested.
