“An important place to visit. A really moving and meaningful day, the guide was knowledgable and easy to follow. The stories are harrowing and will stay on your mind long after. The transportation was comfortable albeit very long, we ended up waiting for around 20 minutes after our coach arrived as someone was late, despite stating they would only wait 5 mins so this unfortunately added to everyone else’s already long day. “Please do not go on this tour. It was advertised as 11am, and the day before the tour (therefore past the time we could cancel and claim a refund), we were told the time had changed to 4.15am. Whilst the advert does say the start time is subject to change, a 7 hour difference in start time is beyond the realms of being acceptable. Looking at other reviews, this tour company often does this, advertising a reasonable start time and then changing it the evening before, so a refund can’t be requested.
