“Getting a private pick up and drop off was perfect for us. He was outside our hotel at the time that was arranged. We were a party of 6 adults. The driver spoke english and was friendly and made sure we were brought through to meet our guide. We didn't have to queue up. We were able to have a breakfast break before entering the museum. After the museum he was waiting outside for us to take us to bernkineu where the guide was waiting on us. After we were able to grab a drink and toilet break before being brought back to our hotel. We would highly recommend.”

“Royal Tours have been outstanding. We were collected from our hotel. Both drivers and tour guide alike were exceptional. They were friendly, polite, very respectful (especially at Auschwitz) and local knowledge and history were fascinating and held your interest. Be sure to have a good breakfast. It is a very long day but goes very quickly and is scheduled down to the last minute so brakes are short even though you have several. If you ordered a packed lunch you may have it quite late depending on which part of the tour you gone first. If you have not ordered a packed lunch, do not worry as they are cafés…”
