“This was a chaotic trip. The driver, Arthur, came off very standoffish and unapproachable. I was the first to be picked up, and he said my name, and I asked “Arthur right?” And he just stared at me. He never explained what was going on to us when we were all in the vehicle, like how long it would take, the stops, etc. It was like we were the ones bothering or inconveniencing him, even though we were paying him essentially for the day tour. At each stop, he never explained basics like “hey this is where the toilets are, etc,” which is just common courtesy for anyone traveling. Then…”

“Unfortunately, although in the description there is written "Professional driver/guide in English or Italian", the driver sent was not a guide but a taxi driver and did not know a word in English. In the description there is also written that we will see the sanctuary of John Paul II and the sanctuary of Sister Faustyna but we did not stop at these 2 sanctuaries. We are really disappointed.We have nothing against the driver who was nice and tried his best. The problem was with who sent him for a tour which should have had a driver and guide who can speak English. Unfortunately we really wanted to visit the…”
