“Booked trip which stated pick up from hotel. My friend booked and received a confirmation email saying pick up 830. I was outside for 830 to be met by an obviously angry chap who said we should have been there 15 mins before the said time and we should read our email carefully. Suggested they put earlier time if that's what they would like seems silly to me to say one time and expect another ?”

Review of private Auschwitz and Birkenau transport from Krakow, with flexible pickup, luxury car service, timing advice, costs, and practical tips.
“Alicja was absolutely fantastic! She picked us up outside our hotel promptly in her Mercedes and drove us to Auschwitz. Although the journey was 1.5 hours, Alicja gave us a great history about Poland during WWII and made the journey go fast! She made sure we got where we needed to be and we were handed over to our official Auschwitz tour guide. She was waiting for us on our return with lunch and was such a friendly and kind person! The tour itself although very sad is a must and would recommend everyone to do it to make sure what happened is not forgotten. Thank you Alicja!”
