Before pur class, she guided us on a tour of the local market and purchased fresh cheese for our pierogi and for snacks prior to our cooking class. After the market, we walked to her apartment and got acquainted with other participants in our class. The class itself was very good. I learned a lot about rolling dough to the proper consistency, filling and cooking the pierogi. We enjoyed the most delicious pierogi together after the class.”
